Logistics Assistant

• Responsible for handling shipping / logistics documentation and data entry
• Provide general clerical support to daily operation
• Customs declaration through trade-link
• Monitor inventory level of materials, take proper actions to speed up material turnover rate, avoid exceed stock
• Coordinate with warehouse and related parties to ensure smooth supply
• Handle ad hoc clerical duties as assigned

• Diploma or above in logistics, supply chain management or related disciplines
• 1 year of logistic or shipping experience in FMCG industry
• Knowledge in managing ERP system
• Detail oriented, organized and able to work independently
• Fluent in Cantonese and conversational in English
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
