- Prepare beverages of high quality according to standard recipes and handle the point of sales terminal and cashiering transactions.
- Design beverage menu and create promotion strategies to maximize revenue.
- Build positive rapport with guests, maintain courtesy and ensure service standards are met.
- Ensure a smooth daily operation and maintain consistency in quality of food and beverage / service / cleanliness of sections appointed.
- Certificate / Diploma in hospitality management.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably in 5-star hotel or clubhouse.
- At least 1 year experience in a similar capacity.
- Flexible and adaptable to different working locations.
- A team player with outgoing personality.
- Good business acumen, passionate and service oriented.
- Good command of spoken Chinese and English.
