  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources, such as sales reports, customer surveys, and website analytics, to generate actionable insights.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management
  • Monitor performance indicators, such as ROI, customer acquisition, and campaign effectiveness, and provide regular updates on KPIs.
Customer Insights and Segmentation:
  • Utilize customer data and analytics to identify customer segments, behaviors, and preferences.
  • Conduct customer segmentation analysis to tailor marketing strategies and campaigns to specific target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop personalized marketing approaches and enhance customer experiences.
Collaborative Project Management:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to gather requirements and provide insights for product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide marketing support for sales initiatives.
  • Assist in project management activities, including coordinating project timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring successful project execution.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify areas for process improvement and propose strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new marketing technologies to drive innovation and improvement in marketing strategies.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Additional certifications in business analytics or market research are a plus.
  • Previous experience as a business analyst, market analyst, or related roles
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Deep understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics in the retail sector.
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics platforms (Tableau, PowerBI etc.), CRM systems, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with retail solutions, such as point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, or customer loyalty programs, is a plus.
