- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources, such as sales reports, customer surveys, and website analytics, to generate actionable insights.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management
- Monitor performance indicators, such as ROI, customer acquisition, and campaign effectiveness, and provide regular updates on KPIs.
- Utilize customer data and analytics to identify customer segments, behaviors, and preferences.
- Conduct customer segmentation analysis to tailor marketing strategies and campaigns to specific target audiences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop personalized marketing approaches and enhance customer experiences.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to gather requirements and provide insights for product enhancements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide marketing support for sales initiatives.
- Assist in project management activities, including coordinating project timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring successful project execution.
- Identify areas for process improvement and propose strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new marketing technologies to drive innovation and improvement in marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Additional certifications in business analytics or market research are a plus.
- Previous experience as a business analyst, market analyst, or related roles
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Deep understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics in the retail sector.
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics platforms (Tableau, PowerBI etc.), CRM systems, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with retail solutions, such as point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, or customer loyalty programs, is a plus.
