- Follow up on projects with clients, suppliers, contractors, and designers.
- Thoroughly review all drawings, identify and accurately modify any defects.
- Manage the full spectrum of project documentation, records, and email correspondence between clients and contractors with precision.
- Report project status to management and relevant parties.
- Review quotations, timelines, and prepare detailed analyses.
- Handle a full set of drawings and presentations.
- Provide technical solutions to project challenges.
- Work travel is required. Conduct site visits and closely monitor the progress of projects
- 5 years+ solid experience in decoration and fitting-out projects with commercial projects experience, especially in retail projects of luxury brands
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must, proficiency in Photoshop and SketchUp will be an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- Non-local candidates are welcomed and working visa sponsorship will be provided
- Candidates with less experience would be considered as Assistant Project Manager
