- You will collaborate and partner with the HR Centres of Excellence to implement solutions and deliver services aligned with KPL's corporate-wide HR strategy. You will be a thought-leader, an influencer, a hands-on practitioner, and a change-manager who is not afraid to challenge the status quo.
- Act as a strategic business partner on providing HR advisory for business including but not limited to manpower planning, performance management, HR compliance, employee relations and engagement, etc.
- Provide HR advice and establish effective HR programs to support business strategies
- Support and drive performance management cycle and provide advice to business leaders on performance management when necessary
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic priorities and identify opportunities to enhance the employer brand and attract top talent
- Develop talent acquisition and management plan and drive initiatives to attract, retain, develop and engage talents
- Support in developing insightful manpower statistics to support management's discussion and decision making
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job advertisement posting, sourcing, screening, hiring proposal preparation and offer proposals
- Partner with business leaders to identify and implement short and long-term manpower plan that would be required for business growth and expansion
- Work closely with COE teams and oversee the team to execute HR strategies and to ensure full compliance of employment related regulations and requirements
- Assist in reviewing workflows and processes to achieve efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and talent acquisition, and share insights with the HR team and business leaders
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned when necessary
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in human resources management, preferably from property development industry;
- Confident and sophisticated to deal with challenges and changes
- Able to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR-related Ordinance and or regulations
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in both English & Chinese
