Manager - Technology Risk Management & Compliance (IT focus, Non AML) (CI-MJ-26007)

• Assist in maintaining risk management and compliance framework
• Conduct thematic reviews of IT, cyber security, and operational controls
• Provide advisory support to departments on risk management and compliance for Fintech projects
• Track implementation progress and rectify weaknesses identified in audits
• Support card key administration processes
• Act as contact point for law enforcement agencies
• Provide ongoing education and training for compliance and risk culture awareness
• Keep up-to-date with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
• Assist in handling other risk management and compliance tasks

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 6+ years of relevant experience in financial services with technology risk management or IT audit experience
• IT audit experience in banking industry/stored value facility licensee/card payment business/sizable accounting or consultancy firm preferred
• Relevant professional qualifications preferred
• Strong risk evaluation and communication skills
• Good analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese.
