Project Co-ordinator II
The appointee will act as the Project Officer of various projects, including academic conferences, community events and education programmes. He/ She will be responsible for (a) the management and co-ordination of sports medicine related projects; (b) collaborating with the internal and external parties and Project team to deliver the projects; and (c) performing other ad hoc assignments. Working beyond office hour or at weekends will be required occasionally.Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor’s degree; (ii) at least 3 years’ post-qualification work experience in event/project management; (iii) a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including fluency in Putonghua); (iv) a good level of computer literacy, e.g. MS Windows, Chinese word-processing etc.; and (v) self-disciplined, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a multi-tasking environment.Applicants should submit a cover letter, latest curriculum vitae and copies of academic credentials in the online application.
