Answering customer inquiries
Troubleshooting technical issues
Diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues

Job Requirement:

Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects (Fresh grad is also welcome)
Good communication and telephone skills to handle inquiries
Attention to detail to accurately record and document call information
