Provide firstline desk and application support to end users
Maintenance help desk log and call assignment
Perform maintenance tasks and server health monitoring
Maintain knowledge base documentation for the reuse of troubleshooting experience
Test and evaluate new / enhanced versions of software / hardware
Perform any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements

Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Good knowledge in help desk services and troubleshooting skill
Fresh graduate will also be considered
