- Partner with leadership to drive strategic growth initiatives.
- Develop global product strategy through research and analytics.
- Communicate plans, data, and results to leadership.
- Own and align global go-to-market strategy and value proposition.
- Lead go-to-market execution with the Product Management Team.
- Collaborate with Business Development for successful product integration.
- Foster supplier relationships for reliable sourcing and business objectives.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop the global Product Management Team.
- Translate complex challenges into structured requirements.
- Understand customer needs and market dynamics.
- Act as the internal voice of the customer.
- Set goals, measure success, manage priorities, and make tradeoffs for product development.
- Self-starter, Problem solver and relationship-builder
- Excellent communication skills, Excellent in English, Mandarin a plus
- Data-driven - who is relentless about digging into the data to discover insights and understand not just “what” the data tells but the “why” behind the numbers
- Ability to balance and align varying interests of stakeholders
- Ability to work in an international context
- Knowledge about the Product Line Management discipline.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed profitability targets consistently
- Strong business acumen
- High degree of aviation business understanding specifically in the area of spares support, supply chain management, maintenance, understanding of support obligations from aircraft purchase agreements
- Occasional Business Trip required
- Bachelor Degree, with 10+ years of work experience in supplier / product management
