...About the CompanyOur client is a leading international logistics provider with a strong presence in Hong Kong. They are pioneers in the industry, known for their expertise in smart logistics and their commitment to innovation.About the RoleAs a property manager, you are the key member to be responsible for the overall operation and people management of their iconic building. You will be managing and supervising internal building staff, monitoring the performance of service providers for effective and efficient day to day operations. Tenancy management is needed to maintain close and long term relationships for the company. You will be preparing budgeting in relation to the operation side. And closely coordinating with internal and external parties for upcoming projects etc.About the Requirement

10+ years of relevant experience in property management, with 4+ years of managerial experience; candidates with industrial property management experience would be a huge plus
Holder of PMP (Tier 1)
Degree holder in Property management or equivalent
Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
