- Act as shift in-charge for the operation of the department to ensure high standard of cleanliness to meet hotel standards
- Supervise and inspect work performance of Housekeeping Floor Supervisors, Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants
- Conduct skill training to all sections’ staff to ensure quality standards are achieved and maintained consistently
- Higher Diploma of Hotel / Hospitality Management or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Housekeeping with at least 2 years’ experience in supervisory level
- Good command in both spoken/written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Familiar in MS office software
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
