Role SummaryWe are seeking data-driven and self-motivated talent to join our Customer Proposition Team. Participate in market research and data analysis to understand consumers’ needs, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Work with the product team to develop product propositions that align with customer needs and business goals.
Assist in the development of go-to-market strategies for new product propositions and target segments.
Monitor product performance and provide insights to the product team.
Create product roadmaps that outline the development and launch of new product propositions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, design and engineering teams, to support the implementation of product or marketing initiatives.
About you
Major in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics Computer Science, or a related field
Data-driven and quantitative skills
Analytical mind with good business sense and research skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English is a must
Excel proficiency required (Pivot Table, Lookup, and other critical functions for data cleaning and analysis); BI tool experience is strongly preferred
Coding skills preferred: Python, SQL, etc.
