As a HR generalist, you will undertake a variety of HR transactions and support the business on HR activities, such as, but not limited to:
  • Solve general and knowledge-based enquiries
  • Inform business users about Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service opportunities
  • Serve as first point of contact for Managers/Supervisors enquiries via various intake channels such as phone and chat
  • Use systems to address, track and resolve P&C enquiries within Service Level Agreements
  • Escalate unresolved P&C enquiries, retiree enquiries and requests
  • Process data changes in P&C systems
  • Review and approve data change requests input by others.
  • Support in Performance Management administration (e.g., support in launching evaluation forms)
  • Audit system/data
  • Conduct research related to specific enquiries
  • Execute compliance-related activities
  • Understand available standard reports to support stakeholders.
  • Produce HR letters and certificates requested by Employees.
  • Monitor Visa and work permit expiry dates and liaise with Employees and Managers to ensure renewal is completed in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate termination activities including send online exit survey instructions to Employees
  • Provide administration support to People and Culture Operations team.
  • Take up other administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments as required
Key qualifications
  • Experience working in HR team.
  • Understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Knowledgeable around employment laws and regulations
  • Familiar with P&C compliance requirements, including labour laws, data privacy regulations, and reporting obligations
  • Ability to manage employee data and records
  • Experience using SAP Success Factors an advantage.
