Bachelor degree or above
Minimum 2 years relevant experience

Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation of fund-raising programmes/events and network building initiatives
Manage fundraising events from planning to execution, including campaign launches, drafting of appeals, speeches, press releases, social media content/posts, features and correspondences, liaison with internal and external stakeholders, etc.
Produce quality promotional and publicity materials, both print and digital, from content development to production
Liaise with donors and corporations to explore opportunities in sponsorship
Prepare fund-raising proposals and communication materials
Maintain and monitor different donation channels regularly
Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

A recognized degree in Marketing / Communications or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the fields of fund-raising, marketing communications, or event management
Mature, meticulous and also an efficient and motivated self-starter
Good command of speaking, listening and writing in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Good multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines
Need to work in the evening on weekdays and weekends occasionally
Proficient in Chinese word processing, MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
