- Responsible for supporting different aspects of Human Resources duties: including recruitment, payroll processing, MPF administration (full-time staff and casuals), leave management, employee relations and data entry etc.
- Assist to administer monthly payroll, final payment calculation, taxation and payment arrangement to ensure timely and proper settlement
- Maintain and update employee information including personal profile, roster and attendance to ensure all records are accurate
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and practices and ensure procedures meet business needs and are in compliance with laws and regulations
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum of 2 years working experiences in HR. Experience in Food & Beverage industry will be an advantage
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Attention to detail, result-oriented, analytical and methodical
- Willing to learn, able to work independently and under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
- Must be a good team player and able to handle multiple tasks
- University graduates are welcome to apply
