- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support branding strategies and integrated communications plans that will raise the profile and enhance the branding of the School;
- Promote scientific research, educational programmes and public health service of the School via website, social media, e-bulletin, press release as well as internal and external communication;
- Facilitate the production of multimedia deliverables such as graphic design and video clips;
- Plan and execute a variety of school-wide events, including forums, summits, ceremonies, lectures, visits, and other activities; and
- Undertake any other duties assigned.
- Possess a good bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a major relevant to Communications, Journalism or Marketing preferred;
- With at least 3 years of full-time work experience in corporate communications, public relations, digital marketing, or a related field;
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills in English and Chinese;
- Strong IT proficiency including good knowledge in website content management system, graphic design and video production. Knowledge of using software for multimedia production will be an advantage;
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing and display advertising;
- Be mature, organized and responsible; demonstrate good interpersonal and problem-solving skills; and
- Be able to multitask under pressure, work well both independently and in a team, and work with people from diverse backgrounds.
