This world leading organization is consistently expanding their business in HK, the unique, world-class company is now recruiting this position to join one of their business functions.We are seeking for candidates with solid experience in overseeing end-to-end management and planning of mega events.Job Responsibilities

Plan and execute all elements of event productions
Responsible for event planning, operations and logistics management
Liaise and coordinate with multiple parties including internal team, vendors and external agencies to understand event objectives and ensure seamless event logistics
Develop and implement comprehensive event marketing and promotional strategies to drive attendance and enhance event visibility.
Evaluate event success and collect feedback from attendees, clients, and internal teams for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related disciplines
At least 2 years’ experience in event management/production
Event agencies background is preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules
