What you will do:
  • Assist the sales team in gathering, organizing, and analyzing sales data to generate sales reports. This may involve sales statistics, sales trend analysis, customer satisfaction surveys, etc.
  • Assist in handling documents related to ISO certification, including ISO standard requirements, policies, and procedural documents. Ensure document updates, archiving, and compliance with relevant requirements.
  • Perform general office administrative tasks such as phone answering, mail handling, office supplies ordering, document organization, meeting arrangements, etc. Ensure smooth office operations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide office administrative support as needed, including scheduling, travel arrangements, meeting room bookings, document translation, etc.
What you should possess:
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Photoshop, etc.
