Discover how you can make a difference in the lives of individuals, families and communities around the world.Job Description:Partnership Management and Business PlanningAssist the Head of Bancassurance to develop strategies and create annual joint business plans by setting goals and action itemsFacilitate regular partnership meetings and Joint Partnership Committees to oversee business performance and implement planned initiativesExplore opportunities to deepen partnership collaboration through proactive engagement with bank partnersManage financial projections and partnership expensesBancassurance Product StrategyDevelop new bancassurance products and services that meet client needs and preferencesWork closely with cross-functional teams, such as product management, marketing and sales, and bank partners to launch new products and servicesConduct bancassurance market research, gather and analyze client feedback to refine existing & create new insurance solutions, to ensure competitiveness of bancassurance products on shelfProactively identify business opportunities by understanding the profitability mix of the products and mapping distinctive product proposition with target bank clients based on bank segmentation strategyDevelop product marketing launches, sales tools development, repackaging initiatives, product advertising and channel communications to fit into bank distributionBancassurance Client Proposition and PenetrationTake the lead in collaborating with marketing and communication teams to develop messaging, marketing collateral and sales enablement tools that clearly articulate the value and benefits of products/services to bank clients.Gain an in-depth understanding of client segment needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify business opportunities through the development of co-branded partnership solutionsLaunch targeted segment campaigns, cross-selling initiatives, and co-branded product/service to enhance customer acquisition and retentionWork closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all partnership initiatives and advertisements adhere to relevant regulations and rules.Maximize partnership initiatives through a variety of online and offline advertisement and social media platforms to increase media exposure in a cost-efficient manner.Bancassurance Sales and Tactical ProgramsPartner with Bank and Bancassurance sales management team to come up with sales incentives and tactical program for achieving the target business mix and partnership goalsDesign different sales engagement programs to motivate the sales & activitiesBusiness AnalyticsMonitor the bancassurance competitive landscape to understand the market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practicesThrough segmentation & analysis, to identify target client segment for the best fit of products and trigger sales opportunities including expand the sales opportunities of clients and to acquire new businessConduct in-depth business portfolio review and product specific analysis to drive the campaign strategy and increase client profitability in Bancassurance channelRequirements:10+ years of marketing experience with a focus on client proposition/ segmentation/ portfolio management/ client incentivesUniversity degree in a business or marketing-related fieldExperience in the bancassurance field is preferredGood understanding of bancassurance business models and driversExperience working in a data-driven environmentExpertise in product proposition, development, strategic planning, and marketing communicationsResults-oriented with strong problem-solving, data analytics, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong logical sense and detail-mindedWe offer 5-day work, attractive salary, MPF, group life and group medical insurance; and excellent career development opportunities to the right candidate.We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
