It is a Section 88 registered charitable entity in Hong Kong that extends and deepens the Group's global impact goals of enabling equal access to opportunity and investing in environmental sustainability.Impact of this roleThe Foundation is seeking a highly motivated individual to join a small but high-powered team. As a Project Manager, you will design, develop and evaluate social programs with a focus on women employment, upskilling and empowerment. This position will report to the Program Manager and Director of Rosewood Foundation.Key Responsibilities

Design, lead and execute programs related to women's employment, upskilling and empowerment.
Develop strategic partnerships with NGOs, companies and other institutions to deliver results.
Evaluate proposals, actively engage with applicants throughout the application process, and provide guidance as needed.
Monitor and evaluate projects to ensure adherence to schedules, scope, and budget.
Deliver strategic communications that spotlight projects' impact through reports, presentations, social media and other channels.
Seek out innovations in the global impact space that relate to the foundation's program areas.
Conduct ongoing research on social and environmental issues to stay abreast of key trends and develop insights that can support strategic project development.
Manage administrative tasks and support Rosewood Foundation projects and priorities as requested.
The geographical scope of projects will focus on Hong Kong at first with the potential for global scalability.

5+ years of experience in strategic philanthropy, community services, grant-making, project management, or related fields.
Passionate about creating positive impact to the community.
Demonstrable experience in managing partnerships with social sector organisations.
Creative, out-of-the-box thinker who is familiar with existing approaches to sustainable impact and excited about adding innovation to the mix.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to support collaboration between different stakeholders.
Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex messages and adapt them to different internal and external audiences.
Critical thinking skills that can be leveraged to anticipate future consequences and trends.
Hands-on executor who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.
Willingness to learn, adapt and grow alongside a newly formed institution with ambitious goals.
Knowledgeable in simple photo touch up, video editing and graphic design are an advantage.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Cantonese required.
