Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Club. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic plan that aligns with the club's vision and enhances member experiences across sports, recreational activities, and dining facilities.
2. Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of club operations, including sports facilities, recreational amenities, and dining outlets, ensuring seamless operations, exceptional service, and member satisfaction.
3. Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, optimize revenue streams, control costs, and drive financial growth and sustainability.
4. Membership Development: Implement strategies to attract and retain members, including targeted marketing initiatives, membership events, and personalized services.
5. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a diverse team of staff, fostering a culture of exceptional service, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
6. Food & Beverage Experience: Elevate the club's dining offerings, ensuring a memorable and exceptional culinary experience for members and guests, while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
7. Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with members, sponsors, community partners, and relevant stakeholders, fostering a sense of community and promoting the club's reputation.Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in club or hospitality management, preferably in a similar role within a sports and recreational club or a high-end dining establishment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Sound financial acumen and experience in budgeting, financial management, and revenue generation.
- A passion for sports, recreation, and fine dining, with a keen understanding of industry trends.
- Familiarity with Hong Kong's dining scene and an understanding of sports and recreational club operations would be advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is essential.How to Apply:
