- Handle and resolve day-to-day enquiries and requests from customers and different distribution channels (e.g. agents, banks and brokers) via phone and email
- Handle and ensure customer complaints and complex cases are resolved effectively in line with company policies and procedures
- Cooperate with other teams and team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems
- Provide support to management and recommend productivity/service improvement
- Perform other duties as assigned
- University degree holder with 4 years of relevant experience in insurance or customer service field; Form 5 graduate with at least 5 years of relevant experience will also be considered. Less experience will be considered as Officer.
- Passed in IIQE Paper I, III and V and MPF intermediaries examination preferred
- Pro-active, self-motivated, mature and pleasant personality
- Able to work under pressure with good problem solving skills
- Excellent service attitude and able to follow through on commitments to customer
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is definitely an advantage
- Good computer skills in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
