- Perform operational activities related to Trade Management, Corporate Actions, Cash Management, Private Assets, Derivatives, or Collateral Management, based on your specialized area(s).
- Ensure accurate and timely trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation processes.
- Process and oversee corporate actions, such as dividends, mergers, acquisitions, and stock splits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage cash flows, including forecasting, monitoring, and reconciling cash positions.
- Maintain and monitor records of private assets, derivatives, or collateral activities, supporting valuation and reporting processes.
- Analyze operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including front office, compliance, finance, and technology teams, to streamline operations and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to your specialized area(s).
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and risk management guidelines.
- Participate in system enhancements, testing, and implementation to optimize operational workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Operations Analyst in Trade Management, Corporate Actions, Cash Management, Private Assets, Derivatives, or Collateral Management, based on your area(s) of specialization.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, industry best practices, and relevant regulations within your specialized area(s).
- Proficiency in relevant systems, tools, and software applications related to your area(s) of expertise.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of risk management practices and regulatory requirements related to your specialized area(s).
