- Develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes to optimize sales operation, order fulfillment, warehouse operations, and forecasting for consumer electronics products.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and manufacturing, to gather demand forecasts and ensure accurate inventory planning.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and components.
- Oversee the order fulfillment process, including order entry, allocation, shipping, and delivery, to ensure on-time and in-full product availability.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, sales trends, and market demands to optimize inventory management and minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and success.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations to optimize storage capacity, streamline processes, and ensure accurate inventory tracking and management.
- Develop and implement robust forecasting models and tools to anticipate demand fluctuations, mitigate risks, and support accurate production planning.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, specifically within the consumer electronics industry.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, order fulfillment, warehouse operations, and forecasting methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals and objectives.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
