So that together we can support even more people - including our own - to live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.If you believe in better, we’d love to hear from you.About the RoleYou will join the Group Office Performance and Rewards team which focuses on supporting Group Office employees with regard to performance, compensation and benefits.You will handle the Group Office’s year-end compensation cycle (Total Compensation Review) and the annual cost budgeting process by working closely with Group Performance and Rewards colleagues, HR business partners and other HR colleagues. You are the key person for Group Office with regard to the Compensation Workday module and in handling data, systems and business processes. You are handling compensation and benefits surveys including providing data input, liaison with survey vendors and conducting analysis. Further, you will also work on compensation proposals for senior hires which includes job analysis, job evaluation and preparing such proposals adhering to internal relativities, ensuing external competitiveness and Company guidelines.This role will report to Director of Group Office Performance and Rewards.   • Compensation Cycle: Central point of contact for Group Office year-end compensation cycle working closely with Group Performance and Rewards, HR business partners, HR information system and other HR colleagues in Group Office and other countries. This includes establishing and communicating the Group Office timeline in line with the Group timeline, guidelines and procedures, preparing data analysis and report generation to ensure timely provision of quality data for key team member
  • Staff cost budgeting: You will lead this effort and run the reporting whilst coordinating with different departments to collect data and prepare staff cost budgeting on annual basis
  • Compensation Workday: You are the key contact person for Group Office in this regard. This means you will define processes and procedures, handle data and work closely with the HR information system team
  • Compensation Benchmarking Survey: You will drive the job pricing advisory and coordinate with external survey vendors on the compensation data and supply data to compensation & benefits survey(s) to ensure appropriate data are provided for job benchmarking
  • Compensation Proposals: You will also work with various team members including the HR business partners to prepare compensation proposals for senior hires which observe internal, external equities and Company guidelines. This includes job analysis and job evaluation to ensure internal job relativity is properly observed
  • Other initiatives: You will handle performance and rewards related activities such as website and/or data maintenance in P&R related systems, provide advice, support projects, analytics, reviews and/or subsequent implementation of compensation & benefits (C&B) programs as per request
Minimum Requirements:
  • Around 10 years’ working experience in Human Resources, among which 5 to 8 years are compensation & benefits; regional experience will be great
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to think commercially, highly analytical and outstanding attention to details
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on execution and on outcomes
  • Positive, pro-active in building and sustaining partnerships, able to communicate well and influence
  • Intermediate to advance skills in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Competency and proficiency in Workday, in particular Reporting, Compensation and Sophisticated Compensation Module
  • English and Mandarin is a plus!
