Responsibilities:- Work with retail / operation manager and oversee store operation processes and procedures, aligning with advance business objectives.- Conduct regular store visit and follow up all the execution are up to standard.- Provide all kinds of administrative and operation supports to ensure smooth running of shop operations and new store / event / pop up store opening.- Coordinate with other departments for shop operation and management- Perform ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by supervisor.Requirements:- Higher Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related discipline;- Prefer 1 year solid operations experiences in Retail /FMCG industry;- Hands-on experience in Retail Operations will be an advantage;- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, including Putonghua;- A good team player, hardworking, responsible, willing to learn and sensitive in numbering;- Independent and able to work under pressure;-Candidate with more working experience will be considered as Operation Executive;- Immediate available is highly preferred.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
