• Bachelor's degree in jewellery design, art, education, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Luxury Jewellery training
• In-depth knowledge of jewellery design, manufacturing techniques, gemology, and industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentoring and guiding individuals
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
