- Manage the implementation and integration of POS systems used in the retail environment.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and security systems.
- Collaborate with technology vendors and service providers, manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate vendor performance.
- Prepare and manage the IT department's budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effective technology investments.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to the retail sector, evaluate their potential impact, and recommend their adoption where appropriate.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in IT management, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of retail-specific systems and technologies, such as POS systems, CRM systems.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing complex IT systems and infrastructure.
- Proficient in project management, team management, and 3rd party vendor management
- Strong business mindset, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in both Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) is a must
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP, PMP) are a plus.
