- Interim / all day coverage at FOH desk subject to FOH team's need / event support
- FOH reliever for lunch break, time off and absence from desk
- Perform basic FOH functions including using internal system, assistance to clients
- Responsible for daily floor inspection to ensure all internal office area is in good conditions.
- Daily check of client events - prepare guest badges for group arrival prior to their arrival
- Daily check of system and based on desk preparation / move / user's requests and follow up with outstanding items
- Handle ad-hoc tasks requested by FOH team, e.g., prepare suspension notice upon washroom drain blockage and coordinate with handymen for cordon-off
- Coordinate with different for maintenance work
- Keep track of stock inventory for feminine hygiene supplies and mother's room supplies and update spreadsheet
- Regional Support - prepare desk assignment and nameplate for visitors every week and summarize recycle product collection once a quarter
- Experience in Facilities-related matters with detailed-minded
- 2-3 year experiences in Hotel Front Desk and Back Office processes is required with strong Administration Skills.
- Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems.
- Strong Customer Service focus and proactive
- Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience with client reporting and preparation of reports required
