  • Conduct daily office inspection, record the maintenance area.
  • Provide repair and handy service during office hours, including furniture, office decoration and lighting.
  • Setting up the removable meeting Room as per request.
  • Transportation work, purchasing and mail delivery etc.
  • Monitoring and accompany work, for service vendors (Fire services, water dispenser, air conditioning, landscape etc) and guest.
  • Keep and update staff lockers record.
  • Stock keeping for facilities, light tubes/cleaning chemicals etc.
  • 進行日常辦公室巡檢，記錄維修區域
  • 提供辦公時間內維修服務，包括家具、辦公室裝修、照明等
  • 根據要求設置可移動會議室
  • 運輸工作，採購和郵件遞送等
  • 監控和陪同工作，為服務供應商（消防服務，飲水機，空調）和客人
  • 保存同更新員工儲物櫃記錄
  • 光管/清潔化學品等的庫存
Job Requirements 任職要求:
  • Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Grade (A)
  • 1 year of relevant repair and maintenance experience is preferred, fresh graduates are welcome
  • Fair in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate Available is highly preferred
  • 須為註冊電業工程人員（級別甲）
  • 一年維修工程工作經驗優先，歡迎應届生
  • 一般中英文對話及書寫能力
  • 即時上班優先
Working Hours 工作時間:
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00a.m. to 18:00p.m.
  • 星期一至五，上午9點至下午6點
