- Handle the full spectrum of leasing activities of Bank owned properties such as tenancy renewal & negotiation, leasing report, budget planning, etc.
- Conduct market research, feasibility studies, rental assessments and prepare analysis report for management’s review
- Liaise with internal and external parties for leasing matters, such as real estate agents, prospective and current tenants for new tenancy and renewals
- Prepare and checking leasing documents, tenancy agreement or any other legal documents
- Maintain good relationship with tenants, complaints handling and manage tenancy administration
- Responsible for acquisition and disposal of properties
- Formulate and implement the leasing strategy, handle promotion activities and property management issues;
- Handle ad hoc duties
- Bachelor Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years working experiences in property management with solid experience in commercial leasing
- Holder of estate agent’s licence (EAQE)
- Holder of MCIH / MHKIH or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage
- Familiar with Estate agents ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (consolidation) Ordinance, Deed of Mutual Covenant (DMC) and leasing procedures
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is preferable
