  • Plan and manage our key projects through proper governance, execution of project plans, collaboration with local schools and project partners to achieve project goals and deliverables and provide regular reporting of project progress.
  • Plan outreach activities and connect with target groups. Lead and supervise the progress of interns and alumni. Ensure the target groups’ active participation in external events to enhance our visibility.
  • Facilitate engagement of key stakeholders including but not limited to students, alumni, parents, schools, academia, NGOs, trainers and coaches, consultants, service providers, public and families of the project’s target beneficiaries.
  • Collaborate with external and internal parties to drive related publicity and communications matters and ensure seamless delivery of content and design, and a smooth implementation of engagement events and programmes.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure all programs and activities are delivered on time, within scope and budget. Support effective and efficient project execution by managing budgets and expenses, maintaining database, measure impact, and handling correspondences. Additionally, assist with the teams operational and procurement exercises.
  • Assist in gathering data, preparing reports, and providing insights to optimise the performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor holder or equivalent
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in communications, publicity, events management and public affairs as well as a strong network with schools
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong passion in in charities work
  • Well organized, presentable, independent, flexible, outgoing and responsible
  • Experience in working with schools and NGOs is an advantage
  • Immediately availability is highly preferred
