Manage a sub-team to monitor the progress of outsourcing contractor&;#8217;s work in ongoing support and maintenance on venue end-user devices, tablet and mobile devices
Coordinate with users, outsourced contractors and any other stakeholder parties and provide administrative support to facilitate the implementation of the IT projects
Examine the current configuration of venue network devices, tablet and mobile devices with up-to-date software and security patches
Assist user to accept contractor&;#8217;s deliverables for any outsourced IT project
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors
Subject to urgency of the services, the Support Staff may be required to perform duties outside working hours. Time/day off shall be arranged to compensate the Support Staff for those extra working hoursYrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 7.0
Yrs of Relevant Exp 3.0
Requirements Have at least 1 years of proven experience in site preparation
Have at least 3 years of Hands-on experience on working Government projects
Have at least 3 years of proven experience in IT application development and management
Have at least 3 years of proven experience in software testing
Good command in both written & spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is preferred
Good working attitude, self-motivated and ability to work independently and under pressure
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in IT Operational Management (OPM);
. At least 2 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);
. 2 years' experience in Wireless and Mobile (WLM) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in Network & System Management (NSM) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in site preparation (SPE);
. At least 2 years' experience in software testing (STM);
. 2 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 7 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
