- Prepare and update BIM models as advised by engineers and perform rendering or animation as required
- Attend and assist in project coordination meetings
- Coordinate with internal team to follow up client’s request and ensure that deliverables are submitted on time
- Assist in development of BIM standard and templates
- Exchange the information through various Common Data Environment(CDE) platforms with project stakeholders
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
- Assist the deliverables on as-built stage
- Holder of higher diploma or above in Building Services, Architecture or any related discipline
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit or Navisworks, with practical experience in using BIM software highly preferred
- Familiar with 4D & 5D will be a definite advantage
- Experience on as-built stage will be an advantage
- Minimum 1 year working experience
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Committed to achieve targets
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work under pressure
- Excellent inter-personal communication skills
- Have a good command of English and Chinese
- Member of CIC of Certified BIM Coordinator or Associate member of HKIBIM or equivalent qualification will be an advantage
- Candidate of more experience will be considered as Senior BIM Modeller
