- Participate in solution pre-sales, demonstration, presentation, POC and proposal preparation
- Work closely with product team to identify and develop opportunities;
- Responsible for technology update, solution u update and training to customer;
- Work directly with hardware engineers and vendors to resolve technical issues;
- On-site support, logging customer requests into the system and resolving or escalating to the appropriate support team;
- Install and configure the operating system and appropriate software applications.
- Diploma or above in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or related disciplines;
- 1-2 years related experience;
- Knowledge in major operating systems e.g. VMware, Windows, Linux;
- Knowledge of Information security services and products, including but not limited to Firewalls, IPS, Web, Email, DLP, Cloud Security etc
- Holder of professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP is a plus;
- Willing to learn new technology and strong problem solving skills;
- Extensive training and hand-on opportunities be provided;
