- 處理客戶來電查詢及致電客人跟進情況,與客戶保持長遠及良好關係
- 協助處理客戶預約
- 為顧客介紹公司產品及服務
- 中五程度或以上
- 1-2年或以上接待員/文職/客戶服務經驗優先
- 歡迎應屆畢業生申請
- 沒有經驗的候選人也將被考慮
- 能操流利廣東話,英語及國語
- 具良好溝通能力、客戶服務技巧,積極主動,能獨立工作及解決問題
- 具有基本電腦操作知識 (MS Excel, PowerPoint and Words)及懂中英文打字
- Handle inbound & outbound calls in professional and efficient manner
- Follow up & ensure appropriate services & support given to clients
- Assist to handle client appointments
- Proactively provide feedback to supervisor on improving customers service levels
- Provide clerical duties and support ad-hoc customer service duties as assigned
- HKCEE/DSE or above
- 1 to 2 years working experience in customer service is preferred
- Fresh Graduates or candidate with no experience will also be considered
- Experience in call center or complaints handling is highly preferred
- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese, communicative level of English and Mandarin
- Good in interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, independent, problem solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Words) and Chinese Word Processing
