Join us!Job DescriptionBank of America is seeking an internal communications professional responsible for writing, producing and delivering communications content, including strategic employee communications campaigns, announcements, and executive communications. Exceptional written and spoken English is a must.An ideal candidate will be able to craft compelling employee communications across a range of topics. He or she will use available communications channels in creative ways to engage, excite and inform a diverse employee base located across multiple markets in Asia Pacific, in addition to staying regionally aligned and involving himself/herself in the day-to-day operations of the broader Communications, Marketing and Corporate Affairs team.On a day-to-day basis, the candidate will be expected to produce content for a range of communications channels including email, the intranet, digital channels and employee events. The candidate will be expected to plan, coordinate and execute high-quality communications to relevant audiences in a timely manner across the region, owning multiple projects from start to finish.Responsibilities
  • Create, manage, and develop internal communications content and delivery, working with different stakeholders across the bank
  • Ensure communications are clear, crisp and consistent
  • Generate ideas and take a creative approach to employee engagement
  • Design, write and edit internal publications
  • Organize and coordinate timing of announcements in a timely manner
  • Publish digital content on the intranet
  • Measure and present the results of communication campaigns
Required Skills
  • Excellent communication and written skills in English: a strong writer with the ability to tell a story
  • University degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in writing/content creation gained while working in the financial and professional services industries, the business media, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills: the ability to lead multiple projects at the same time and ensure they are seen through to completion
  • A team player: the ability to proactively engage and build relationships with a broad range of diverse stakeholders
  • Desire to broaden employee participation through effective communications, and raise understanding of the bank’s broader priorities and initiatives by applying strategic, high-level thinking to communications initiatives
  • Resourceful, energetic, and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude to tight deadlines
  • Professional curiosity about the banking industry, willingness to learn and to develop yourself and your career within a complex organization
  • Takes a consultative, considered, systematic approach when providing solutions
