This is an unique opportunity to build your career in a fast-paced and challenging environment to make positive impact to the businesses.Job responsibilities:Partner with lines of business and functional areas to provide talent acquisition & onboarding professional servicesManage end-to-end talent acquisition process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering & onboarding processPartner with hiring managers to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategiesSource candidates from different channels including proactive search in social mediaDevelop proactive sourcing plan for critical skill areas in order to build a talent pipelineEnsure data accuracy in Recruitment and other Human Resources systemsAssist to devise & manage the talent attraction and sourcing initiatives/ campaigns with tracking mechanismCoordinate with Corporate & Regional Office counterparts to support in driving & launching new and existing TA transformation and innovation projectsAssist to streamline processes and procedures as well as workflow including proper documentationSupport in handling vendors selection, on-boarding and managementSupervise junior team members in handling the team’s operationsHandle ad hoc projects and perform other duties as assignedJob Requirements:University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplinesA minimum of 8 year’s solid talent acquisition experience gained from both in-house recruiting team and/or search agency; experience in financial industry would be a plusExperience in sourcing talents within and outside HK to support business growth in Greater Bay Area is an added advantageAbility to prioritize competing demands and operate effectively and independently in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrate positive, collaborative and can-do attitudeStrong influencing and stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication skills in Chinese and English, fluency or native in Putonghua is preferableProficient in MS Excel, strong data analytics and reporting skillsCandidate with less experience but have potential will be also considered to start as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.We offer 5-day work, attractive salary, MPF, group life and group medical insurance; and excellent career development opportunities to the right candidate.We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
