Operating through VSL’s international network, Intrafor provides its specialist services to clients around the globe.We have an exciting opportunity to join VSL as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor in Hong Kong.As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will:

Responsible for pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties
Responsible for interim payment application, certifying sub-contractor's payment, valuation of variation and final account settlement
Prepare and compile the cost data for contractual claims
Liaise and coordinate between internal departments (e.g. Tendering, Production and Cost Control team) and sub-contractors in respect of the progress and contracts

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
At least 2 years of relevant experience in main contractor / sub-contractor
Solid experience in Ground Investigation works, Civil Engineering / Building Construction projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
Self-motivated with good working attitude and sense of responsibility
