- Foster a strong partnership with the CEO and GMs, actively contributing to driving top-line and bottom-line growth through financial insights, analysis, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate business opportunities, providing financial guidance and support to drive strategic business development.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, including market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies, to identify growth areas and investment opportunities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies, including new product launches, market expansion, and acquisitions, to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Continuously monitor and assess the financial performance of the business, identifying potential risks and proposing suitable mitigating measures to ensure financial stability and sustainability.
- Lead financial planning and forecasting processes, providing accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to develop financial models, forecasts, and scenarios to assess the impact of various strategic decisions and initiatives.
- Help the company identify potential cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies to optimize the bottom line.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations for pricing strategies, product profitability, and other revenue optimization initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to ensure the organization is well-positioned to capitalize on emerging opportunities and navigate potential challenges.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, driving process enhancements and leveraging technology to streamline financial operations and reporting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners, to explore potential investment opportunities and strategic collaborations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the Finance team, fostering their professional development and ensuring a high level of financial acumen across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
- Proven track record in financial analysis, business partnering, strategic development, and driving business growth.
- Strong business acumen and a broad perspective of the business landscape, with the ability to identify and evaluate opportunities and risks.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex financial data.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and presenting investment proposals.
- Sound knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving performance and achieving targets.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin & English is a MUST
