- To register applications, open application files, collect application / administrative fees, banking of fees and prepare daily / monthly reconciliation statement
- To handle the receipt and dispatch of mails, files and documents
- To maintain a filing system for office records and exercise proper control of stores and office equipment
- To man the enquiry counter and answer straight forward telephone / counter enquiries
- To collect date / information for preparation of returns
- To prepare and issue standard letters to applicants
- To preform general clerical duties such as typing, word processing, and invoice handling3
- To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors
- Attained Level 2 or above in five subjects including Mathematics in the HKDSEE, or equivalent; or
- Attained Grade E or above in five subjects including Mathematics in the HKCEE, or equivalent; or
- Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 / Grade E or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent; and
- Have computer knowledge and able to operate computer software such as Microsoft Office
