Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily accounting operations and transactions
Handle voucher preparation, reconciliations, data input and filing
Provide general support and assist in other ad-hoc assignment
Assist in accounts receivables
Assist in preparing financial reports and month end closing

Job Requirements:

Diploma in accounting or related discipline
Holder of LCC higher certificate
Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience
Proficiency in using MS Office and Chinese word processing
Experience in accounting software 金蝶is an advantage
Good command of both written and verbal Chinese and Mandarin
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accounts Clerk
Immediate availability is preferable

Working Hours:

Part-time: 3 full day or 5 half-day per week
