- Preparation of contracts
- Contract signing with candidates
- Collecting monthly timesheets
- Calculating OT, Expenses, Gratuity etc.
- Contractor payroll report
- Database management of contractor & employees
- Answer questions about taxes, compensations, benefits
- Liaison with Finance Department for invoicing
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Operations Manager
- Tertiary education with Higher Diploma or above in HR Management, Accounting or Business related studies
- Fresh graduates will be considered for this role
- Familiar with Employment Ordinance, Pension/MPF regulations in Hong Kong
- Strong math skills with an impressive attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written and listening), confidence in speaking with clients and candidates
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Hardworking, self-motivated, flexible and willing to work under pressure.
- Immediate availability is preferred
