- Responsible for monitoring and responding to user tickets raised through ITSM tools
- Troubleshoot and escalate alerts that cannot be resolved to appropriate section
- Prioritize and handle service requests and incidents
- Progress issues and provide relevant information for troubleshooting or for clarification
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to departmental initiatives
- Responsible for improving and documenting the technical processes around application support
- Develop scripts works with team to automate repeatable manual tasks
- Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving application issues
- Avaloq Core application development
- Problem investigation and solving
- Testing support
- Documentation for SOP, User Manual, Training documentation, Trouble shooting document etc
- 1+ years working experience
- Hands-on experience on Avaloq
- Banking domain knowledge is preferred
- Understand ITIL framework
- Hands-on experience on Java
- Good understanding of Linux/Unix and RDBMS like Oracle, SQL Server and My SQL
- Self Driven, Result oriented
