Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, providing personalized attention, exceptional service, and addressing their needs and preferences.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients and ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Serve as a representative and ambassador of the brand, embodying its values, image, and standards.
  • Promote brand awareness, product knowledge, and advocate for the brand's unique selling points.
  • Identify opportunities to drive business growth and expand the client base.
  • Proactively seek new VIP clients and foster relationships with potential high-value customers.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to attract and retain VIP clients.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of VIP clients, including their preferences, purchase history, and contact information.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track interactions, manage follow-ups, and personalize the customer experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide appropriate solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with relevant departments to address and resolve any client-related concerns.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in client relationship management, preferably in a luxury or high-end brand, is typically required.
  • Experience working with VIP clients and achieving sales targets is highly valued.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills are essential to effectively engage with VIP clients, understand their needs, and establish long-term relationships. The ability to create a personalized and memorable experience is crucial.
  • Proven sales ability and business acumen to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the brand, its products or services, and the luxury market.
  • The ability to articulate the brand's unique selling points and effectively communicate its value proposition to clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation and public speaking abilities. The capability to represent the brand professionally, communicate effectively, and engage with clients at various levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage client information, track interactions, and ensure accurate and timely follow-ups. Proficiency in using CRM systems or similar tools is beneficial.
