- Manage & supervise a team of 4
- Responsible for handling full set of accounts, month end closing
- Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports to ensure timely
- and accurate financial reporting
- Prepare monthly adjustment journals and balance sheet schedules
- Prepare and analyse cash flow forecast
- Review daily transactions and prepare monthly account reconciliation
- Assist setup and deploy financial controls to meet the internal controls, risk management and corporate governance requirements of the Group
- Review bad debt, accruals and prepayment calculations
- Day to day operational accounting work and prepare regular accounting reports
- Assist in financial analysis including budget and forecast
- Handle reimbursement to staff and general payments
- Ensure compliance to company’s policies and internal control requirements
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors for annual audits
- Any ad hoc projects assigned
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ accounting experience handling full set, audit experience is an advantage
- Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- Good PC skills especially proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge in NAV will be advantage
- Ability to communicate in Cantonese and English
- Good team player with strong sense of responsibility
- Immediately available is highly preferred
- Less experience will be consider as Assistant Finance manager
