Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Implement strategic marketing plan for promotion and brand campaign to achieve branding purpose and maintain business growth.
  • Oversee and drive digital marketing planning, execute tactics across social media, and perform brand campaigns to build awareness and drive visitation.
  • Participate in new brand or product development and provide professional marketing insights.
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget quarterly and annually and allocate funds wisely.
  • Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by managing the market research, forecasting, analysing, and keeping abreast of the market trend and our competitors.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with celebrities, VIPs, KOLs, media and business partners to leverage their resources and capabilities to support marketing objectives.
  • Support and implement the ad hoc duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Hospitality, or any related disciplines
  • A minimum of 6 years relevant experience, with a minimum of 3 years in managerial roles. Experience in the retail / FMCG / F&B industry is highly preferred.
  • Prove track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
  • Independent and entrepreneurial with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; social network extension is a plus.
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office applications.
