Our client is a leading insurance company looking for a Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to the new digital platform development and implementation.Job Duties
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of new digital platform projects.
  • Support the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements.
  • Collaborate with end users to ensure that the developed systems meet user requirements.
  • Prepare documentation such as test plans, business requirement metrics, test cases, daily status reports, and UAT completion certificates.
  • Develop training materials and conduct user training for system implementation.
Requirements
  • University graduate
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Coordinate business requirements planning, process reengineering, UAT testing, and user training with project team and user taskforce.
  • Manage communication with external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables.
  • Familiarity with insurance and pension concepts is a plus.
