- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of new digital platform projects.
- Support the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements.
- Collaborate with end users to ensure that the developed systems meet user requirements.
- Prepare documentation such as test plans, business requirement metrics, test cases, daily status reports, and UAT completion certificates.
- Develop training materials and conduct user training for system implementation.
- University graduate
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Coordinate business requirements planning, process reengineering, UAT testing, and user training with project team and user taskforce.
- Manage communication with external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables.
- Familiarity with insurance and pension concepts is a plus.
