- Responsible for month-end, and year-end processing by reviewing balance sheet, revenue and expenditure accounts; preparing and reviewing journal entries
- Prepare management reports including but not limited to fixed deposit analysis, balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, donations, scholarships, and capital expenditures
- Prepare financial analysis including income and expenses analysis, data analysis
- Prepare forecast and variance analysis against forecast
- Prepare working papers and required schedules for external and internal audit
- Assist in investigating inefficiencies and recommend efficient methodology; recommends to management for accounting policies updates
- Supervise accounting team
- Lead the annual budget preparation exercise, prepare budget variance analysis, and facilitate daily budget control.
- Bachelor degree holder in accounting
- At least 6 years working experience in accounting
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in using MS excel and word, and having experience in the SAP Business One accounting system is an advantage
